Medical Staffing
Home care and home health care services are playing a vital role in our lives today. As a result, there is a very real need for both temporary and permanent medical and non medical healthcare staffing.
Typically, such staffing decisions have to be made on a very quick turn-around basis. You want people you can trust. You also want effective, tailor
made solutions. At Savvy Medical Staffing, we work hard to fulfill the unique needs of a family, facility or home. Our team of experienced consultants can help you find the right medical and non-medical caregiver, matching the level of care to your specific requirements.
For many seniors and recovering patients, in-home care is a viable way to remain in one’s own home while receiving the necessary support. Our staffing options are extremely flexible: a few hours a day to a few days a week to long-term care, 24 hours a day. It’s important to note that every caregiver is thoroughly interviewed and screened, extensively trained, insured and bonded. In this way, we can provide our clients with high quality, trustworthy employees.
Medical staffing positions include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, phlebotomists and certified nursing assistants. They are able to administer medication, supervise physical therapy, oversee hospice care and conduct patient evaluations. Non medical caregivers provide such services as assistance with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living), food shopping and meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments and companionship.
Our medical positions include but are not limited to:
Savvy Medical Staffing has been certified by the Massachusetts State Office of Minority and Women-Owned Business (SOMBA).
